aerith faremis was born on february seventh, 1985 to parents gast + ifalna faremis in the icicle lands area, northern continent. though seven days after her arrival to gaia, the shinra electric company saught out the former head-professor of the science research facility and pure-blooded cetra, ifalna. her father was immediately killed upon their invasion, capturing she and ifalna to become ongoing test subjects to professor hojo . . . shinra's newest, and most vile, scientist.
from infancy, leading into the early years of her life, aerith had only known the sterile and haunting environment of the shinra laboratory. watching as her mother's light flickered from countless experimentation and torture to reveal the promised land. plains of infinite mako deposits, untouched by holy cetra lineage. (still a wip!)
